Belief in Allah In the Light of the Qur'an

                                                                                                                                  The single most important belief in Islam, and arguably the central theme of Islam, is that there is one God. TheMuslim name for God is Allah, which is simply Arabic for "the (al) God (Ilah)." The term is related to Elohim, the Hebrew word for God.                               

And He is Allah (to be worshipped Alone) in the heavens and on the earth, He knows what you conceal and what you reveal, and He knows what you earn (good or bad).

The Holy Qur’an 6:3                                                                                                                   Say, "He is Allah , [who is] One,

Allah , the Eternal Refuge.

He neither begets nor is born,

Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
